Back Home...

I'm back in Texas. I came home to a clean house and flowers from my sweet hubby. What a wonderful surprise. I've hugged and kissed the family and it feels good to be home. On the airplane I tried to start catching up by evaluating clients nutrition plans and logs. It was an emotional flight. I went from "Good choice!" moments to "What were you thinking?" frustrations for hours. It just made me realize, we've got work to do. So, I'm spending the rest of the day loving on my family and sharing photos of little David, but tomorrow I'm going to breathe fire and fairies on all of you who need a kick in the butt to keep motivated! Diet Coke and a granola bar is NOT breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, I got it out. Sorry, but not really.
